Activity Introduction
Quick summary: This activity is based on Bluey, Season 2, Barky Boats. Kids explore the value of mindfulness. They begin by watching the Bluey episode and talking about what they noticed in the episode. They then create a magic spot either inside or outside where they can go when they need some quiet time or need to find their way back to the green zone (in the Zones Of Emotional Regulation Chart ).
This is an official Bluey activity that celebrates the joy and curiosity of Bluey and allows kids to build social and emotional intelligence and develop oral language skills. Most of all it has been designed to inspire creativity and imagination in your kids!
