Activity Introduction
Quick summary: This activity uses mindful breathing techniques to teach children how to shift emotional states. Using the element of fire, it explores breath and emotional regulation to help lift children’s energy levels, or tune them into a mindset ready for new experiences and learning.
This activity has been developed in partnership with Beata Heymann from Breath Circle.
Resources required:
- A device for sharing a clip with children.
- An indoor space to conduct your breathing activity with children.
