Move like an Alien - Physical Movement Game

Lesson summary

Kids imagine they are an alien and move in their bodies in strange new ways. Their partners watch closely and mirror their specific movements.

This activity is all about exploring the ways our bodies can move, and paying attention to and being respectful of others.

Space to sit in a circle. Getting outside in nature is always good for our spirits, but inside will also do just as nicely.
