Lesson summary

Students bring all their investigations together and build a proposed water policy for their school. If the school has a water policy they review the policy and report on how effective it is and what amendments are required.

Learning intentions:

Students will...

  • develop a draft policy that will lead to the school using less water.
  • produce a communication tool to present the draft policy.
  • identify how the school can solve water related issues that is part of all of society’s responsibility.
  • provide evidence of the existing problems.
