Not that long ago, it was hard to imagine how much a virus could change our lives. But have you ever thought about how coronavirus might have changed the storylines of your favourite novels or movies? In this activity you’ll see some descriptions of classic novels changed for the time of coronavirus. Then, you’ll write your own.

Safety advice: Be conscious of the impact that COVID-19 might have had on some kid/s and their networks and consider whether this activity will be a positive one for them or might be too challenging.

This is a good activity for kids to complete independently.

In this activity you’ll see some descriptions of classic novels changed for the time of coronavirus. Then, you’ll write your own.

Safety advice: COVID-19 is a challenging topics for some people. If you don't feel comfortable with this activity, speak to a teacher or parent/caregiver. If you need help processing the impacts of COVID-19 on your life, you can contact Kids Helpline for support. 

Step 1. Set a timer for three minutes. List some ways that coronavirus has changed people’s lives.
