Welcome to the 2023 schools event calendar!

Awareness events are an awesome way to get kids, parents and educators involved in meaningful learning! We have aligned each awareness event or day with a package of free curriculum-aligned resources, aimed to get the whole school involved. From Harmony Day to STEM day, you can use these resource to teach lessons that help kids build empathy and make change in their local community.

The National Regenerative Agriculture Day (NRAD) is a celebration of Regenerative Agriculture and it is our mission to heal the heart of the food-chain. Check out these resources below to get involved.

Regenerating Australia Education Resources
– Years 5 to 10

The film explores regeneration – putting life at the centre of every action and decision. The lessons have been designed to empower and inspire students – inviting them to ignite their imagination and dream up a positive and regenerative future for Australia.

Beyond the Bushfires
– Years 5 to 9

The Beyond the Bushfires education series brings the work of scientists who are actively involved in research and science communication into schools and classrooms all over Australia.

How does climate change affect food production? – Geography
– Year 9

Students learn how climate change is affecting our environment’s ability to feed the projected global population of the future sustainably. Students explore and report on more sustainable methods of feeding our growing population
