Developed in partnership with the Australian Human Rights Commission, The Story of Our Rights and Freedoms - Year 7 Civics and Citizenship unit explores key features of the Australian government, and how those systems act to protect the rights and freedoms of all Australians. 

These resources are designed to assist students in building a critical understanding of human rights and responsibilities, and to develop the knowledge, attitudes and skills to apply human rights in everyday life.
